These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Pegduwoc's services, including Legal Blueprint Studio, Litigation Command Center, Contract Fortress, and Rights Defender Pro. By engaging with Pegduwoc, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services

Pegduwoc provides legal documentation, dispute management, contract protection, and rights management services based in Cologne, Germany. Services are provided on a professional, confidential basis in accordance with applicable German law.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and content provided by Pegduwoc remain our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pegduwoc provides services as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. We comply with GDPR and German data protection regulations. Information is shared only as legally required or with explicit consent.

6. Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payment may result in service suspension. Payment terms for specific projects are detailed in individual agreements.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all confidential information is returned or securely destroyed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Cologne, Germany.

9. Amendments

Pegduwoc may update these Terms at any time. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of changes.
